You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter binding agreements to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at info@advisorforever.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Advisor Forever offers secure storage, organization, and collaboration tools for advisors and their clients. We may add or remove features, and we will endeavor to communicate significant changes in advance.

Certain features may be subject to additional terms, which will be provided when you activate them.

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with other users' access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

Subscription fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to purchase. All payments are due based on the billing cycle selected. Late or failed payments may result in the suspension of your access until resolved.

Advisor Forever retains all rights in the platform and associated content. You retain all rights to documents you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the services at your direction.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advisor Forever is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Advisor Forever, its officers, and employees harmless from claims or losses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued service is impractical due to legal or security reasons. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction where you reside, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless the parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material updates will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
